Contains a cooled CCD camera, integrated UV and white light illumination sources.
This instrument is used to not only acquire images, but also is able to perform analysis. Analysis is carried out utilizing Kodak's molecular imaging software package.

This instrument currently has 4 capillaries, and is able to be upgraded to an 8 capillary instrument. We utilize BigDye version 3.1 and Pop 7 polymer to optimize read length (600+ base pairs).
